All editors you see in the profiles on our website can be from the following countries: the USA, the UK, Canada, and Australia. But it’s not a big deal for us from where the editor comes from. The only thing that really matters is the perfect knowledge of English grammar, the key principles of formatting, and the degree - MA, BA, or PhD.

First of all, we’d like to confirm that we’re truly a secure website, which means that your personal information, payments, etc. will never be shared with any third-parties. How does it all work?

To get started, place your order and fill out the order form with your instructions and fully describe what you expect from the editor. No payment is required at this step. Your order is published and the editors start applying for it. You can check their profiles and communicate person-to-person in chat. When you decided on the editor you are ready to start working with, press “Hire” button and pay for your order.

The order becomes in progress and the editor starts working on it after all details are discussed. You can communicate throughout the process and discuss the ideas about the project. When the order is ready you can see the preview version of it, send it for a revision if necessary, or approve it at once if you’re satisfied with it.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes, you can place your order at any time you want. But please keep in mind that our editors can be from another time zone you live in. This means some of them can be offline at the particular timeframe.

When will I get my well-edited work?

You set your own deadline. Then you discuss it with the editor and you decide on the deadline for the final version. This means that by the specific time the completed work will be delivered to you. In case your assignment is not too urgent, you can give the editor more time and this way you will pay less.

Also, you may wish to send the work for a revision, which will require time and the new deadline.

I have some materials for my project. How can I show them to the editor?

Any materials can be uploaded after you have placed your order. There you will see the button to help you upload them to the order. If for some, probably technical, reasons you cannot do this, please contact us immediately by email support@studybirdies.com and we will do our best to fix it.

Can I make any changes to my order?

Yes, you can but only before you paid for the order. To do this, press an “Update” button on the order page. But when the editor has applied and you discussed the details, you will not be able to make any changes. But this is where our Support Managers can help you. Simply write at support@studybirdies.com with a request to change the information in your description.

After the payment is made, you, unfortunately, will not be able to change anything in the description of it. So, it’s better for you to fill out the order form with correct information at once.

How can I communicate with the editor?

To help your communication process with the editor, we have designed a “Messages” section. You simply need to log in and get your editor in touch. Messages are the only way of communication with your editor for safety reasons.

I cannot get my editor in touch. What can I do?

Our Support Managers can help if you have any urgent message for your editor and he/she is offline. Simply contact them by email support@studybirdies.com and they will try to get in touch with your editor asap.

Can I ask for a revision?

Sure! If you want to change anything in your paper, you need to give your arguments to the editor why you want to make the necessary changes. But no revisions are possible if you’ve already approved your order. So, please learn the completed work attentively, ask for a revision if necessary and only then approve the order.

How can I make sure that the editor didn’t copy anything?

To make sure that your work is 100% original, you can use this reliable service - PlagiarismCheck.org. Also, you can find any other checker of the kind on the web. It is for free.

Found plagiarism in your work? You can ask for a free revision and the editor will correct all plagiarized parts.

Don’t want to proceed with this order after you noticed plagiarism? Ask for a refund.

I approved my order. Can I contact my editor after that?

No, it’s impossible. To get your editor in touch, you will need to place a new order and discuss the issues you have this way.

What should I do if the editor is late with my order?

If for some reasons the order is not ready before the deadline, you must contact our Support Manager at once at support@studybirdies.com. We will try to contact the editor at that very second and make the situation clear. If it happens that the current editor is not able to complete your order by the deadline, we will find another good editor on your subject to complete your order to the specified deadline.
